Pros:
Variable Voltage
Variable Wattage
USB Passthrough (vape while charging)
Square design prevents unit from rolling off the table.
Ego and 510 Threaded
Built in Ohm reader
Inexpensive

Cons:
800 mAh battery, won't last a full day.

This device is a best of class device for an ego/stick type battery. You get all the features of much larger and more expensive mods in an affordable and easy to carry form factor.

I wrote a more comprehensive review in the e-cig reviews sub forum. You can read it here
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...itaste-vv3-review-rev-1-rev-2-comparison.html

Personally I like the MVP 2 just a little bit better because of it's insane battery life (2600 mAh vs 800 mAh) but if you are not into box mods, then the VV3 is right up your alley. For it's size, I don't think you'll find anything better.

Is that website reliable?

Many people have used 101vape successfully.

I personally used Vapingtown...(see below). Free shipping and fast delivery. Got it coast to coast within two days.

Itaste VV 3 0 Starter Express Kit Authentic Guranteed The Latest wth More Rivets | eBay

The express kit has just the battery and retractable cord. The full starter kit has a wall wart, the cord, the battery and 5 iClear 15 clearomizers.

Be sure to specify which one you want when you order.

The MVP is only about $12 dollars more and you get much longer battery life. For bang for your buck, the MVP is hands down the winner. But for those who like the smaller form function, you can't go wrong with two vv3's. The USB passthrough allows vaping while recharging which is the achilles heel for most eGo style batteries. So if you spend a lot of time at your desk while vaping, putting it on the usb cable is not a huge deal and you can easily take it off when you leave and you have a topped off battery.

Everyone else has pretty much already said what I was going to - it's awesome apart from the battery life. However, since it can be used as a pass-through, that's not the end of the world. I wouldn't want to have one (or at least, not only one) as my primary device, however the way I use it, alongside my MVP (primary device) and an Ego, it's pretty much flawless.

Cons-5 volt max output..
Meh, what are you gonna stick on top of it that needs more than 5 volts?

So the batttery is that bad huh? :/ About how many hours on it? 6.5 i asssume.
It's silly to try to predict how many hours a particular battery will last for someone; there are too many variables such as how much power that person is putting into his topper and how much he's vaping.

I'm going to get one for my wife. She loves the eGo-style that she has currently, but I want her to have more flexibility (and to not run out of battery and not have a backup). I really like my MVP 2, and this is basically a mini version of that.

For the 101Vape question, I have ordered from them several times (including buying my MVP from them) and had no issues. They were a bit slow responding to one of my questions, but my orders have all been processed and shipped really quickly.

What he said......

I was able to coax my VV3's to last from when I woke up to when I went to sleep on most days. But those are days I work, and I don't vape as much at work. During the weekend when I'm watching TV and vaping my face off, I'd have to plug it in sometime in the late afternoon or early evening.

The nice thing with the MVP2 is that it doesn't matter how much I vape, it's going to last AT LEAST a day. On on the weekend, with my full vape on, I still got two days out of it and it still only went into the yellow.

Your length of hit and type of topper you use will affect your life. People who run dual head coils tend to run the battery hotter. I can run 10 watts on an iClear, but I could never run anything more than 7.5 watts on a mini protank 2 (single coil).

I suggest if you want the VV3 to be your primary day to day vape, you get two. First, you always want a backup and second, by rotating between two, you can effectively lengthen the life as each one by not having to charge one every night.

Of course I always have a spare of anything I use, so I'm using two MVP 2's. I don't "have" to, but I always like a spare sitting in the drawer so that I have one while I'm waiting for the replacement to be shipped.

One last thing: The ability to use USB passthrough can't be overstated....It is a HUGE game changer. With a typical eGo-T a second battery was a necessity since you had to put the battery out of commission while on the charger. The VV3 doesn't have this problem. So having a backup is not quite a necessity, but rather just good practice so that you have something to fall back on.

I have 2 V3s and an MVP. I use a V3 most of the time because it is convenient in a shirt pocket at work or on a lanyard at home.

Battery life will depend on your puff duration, ohms, and power setting. I get about 250 puffs using a 2.4 ohm dual coil at 6 watts.

At work I carry one V3 and have the spare and a MVP and charge cable in my lunch bag. In a 12 hour shift I swap out the V3 I have been using and connect it to the MVP so it can charge while I use the second one. I love having the MVP as the backup for my backup and as a "booster pack" to charge my backup or phone if needed.

I am enjoying the versatility of both of these.

I really like the VV V3's, and having a pair does make sense. I like the MVP2 for watching TV at home, but I use the VV V3 when at work or driving around and doing errands. A fully charged VV will last me an entire work day, and I carry the spare and the MVP2 in my computer bag... If I run down one VV, I can charge it from the MVP while using the other one.

Agreed. I've moved to DNA-20 based mods as my primary devices, and one of the reasons I selected the devices I did is that both have micro-USB Pass-Through charging. My Protovapor actually has more battery capacity than an MVP, but there's still a lot of peace-of-mind knowing that I can charge it anywhere I've got a micro-USB cable (which is basically everywhere) and use it at the same time.
