hi! im kinda new to vaping, and i have an itazte vv and it is showing NON even though i got my atomizer in? is this ok? or i got something wrong/defective product? works fine though

non means it does not detect a topper. Either the contact on the VV is pushed down and stuck or the pin on the atomizer is not touching and can be pulled out a bit carefully. EVODs sometimes don't screw on far enough I hear.

Take a jeweler's screwdriver and gently pry the center pin up just a little. Go around the pin in a few places and it should come up.

Welcome! Nice choice on the VV, I have 2 and I love them. Second only to my MVPs.

If the above solution doesn't solve your problem try a new coil. They can fail, though it has only happened once to me in 9 months of vaping. It was on my innokin iClear 16B.

If it is working fine and reading non, then you have an electronics problem. If it's reading non you should not be getting any vapor. NON is when the device does not read a device attached to it. If it's new get it replaced.
