ITC vapes RY4 you won't put it down

If ya haven't tried the ITCVapes RY4,then you really need to.I really never thought much for an RY4 prior to gettin my hands on some from this outfit.Since I have had a few but this is the best.Nutty,creamy and the right smack of tobacco.I can go on and on about it but if you haven't tried,at least do that and you will see what I cannot say in words about this RY4.The people are great to deal with,the prices are great also and yeah, the turn around to your door is fast.

All the flavors I have tried have been true to form.Haven't got the caramel apple yet but I am going to.

I put it down, then gave it away. Others like this one but I DID NOT, something just wasn't right about it for me.

I am very disappointed in this company. I ordered 1 30ml bottle of the RY4 Silver and 1 30ml bottle of RY4 Gold.
They taste exactly the same. I think they shipped me 2 RY4 Golds even though the labels are different. I have vaped them side by side and there is no difference in flavor. I think they shipped the Gold because it tastes like the description on the website. The description for the Silver says that it tastes like a traditional RY4. I didn't get any of that.
I contacted them to let them know the problem and haven't heard back in over a week. No apology, nothing! Guess to them that sales are all that matters and customer service isn't important. Very disappointed. Won't ever do business with them again. It's too bad because I have never been treated like this from any other ejuice company and there are so many other good ones.
