ITC vapes shipping times?

hi folks , been following this forum. first time posting.hello to every one.

can some help me please, placed order for e juice on 14th Nov with ITC vapes, order is yet to be shipped out. this is an international order (India).

does ITC take this long to ship out?

can any advise, thanks.

Someone stated on here that they were backed up due to weather. The area of NY they are in has been hit pretty hard with snow lately ( over 3 foot in a day) and that has caused them production issues I believe. Also not sure if international orders take longer to ship. I'm sure it will ship soon, winters are tough here in upstate NY

I have ordered from ITC vapes and Im in Australia and it took around 10 days I think. Most orders from the USA have taken between 8 days - 15 days.
