So has ANYONE started playing "frankenstein" with Ody and Ithaka? I really want to know if the base of Ithaka works on Ody for use on an un-GG vaporizer? I would love to know so I dont buy any parts and then find out it wont work.

Didnt someone mentioned about the pin length not being compatible? Could be wrong =)

If you mean the draw controll base yea but you will need a longer center pin like from ithaka because odys is to short. You can however screw ithakas rebuild able part into odys base and use it that way.

I'm thinking about replacing the ceramic & holder on my 2 Odys with the new Ithaka dual coil. I like the shorter center post from the Ody with the positive nut, and the 510 base. I want to use the new Ithaka (inside) ceramic nut. This my thought replace the tanks, caps, mouth pieces, and ceramics and holders.

It looks like the grounding neck on the Ithaka ceramic holder will have to be cut off, and it should be a direct replacement.
I Havant had the time to see if the new style inside ceramic nut will fit the original Ody pos post, I'm hoping it will.

The cost to upgrade one is right at $100 per Ody.
