those 2 went out the windows already... fickle minded me.

now i trying to find out difference between the Russian and Kayfun 3.1 and which to get

Both are almost the same build, with Russian having airflow control while kf do not have. Later versions of the kf do have airflow controls though.

Kayfuns are decent and ready to rebuild, haven't tried the Russian though.

I have 4 KFL+ , 3 Russian 91 and 2 more otw. Structurally and functionally they are identical, except the r91 has adjustable 510 connection which I love. They do however also differ in their finish though: the kfl is brushed stainless, while russian is a Matte silver/gray. Some people are super .... about having matching looks, so that's def smth to watch out for. Personally having adjustable 510 is HUGE for me, so my preference is for the russian 91.

The ithaka on the other hand, was a nightmare for me to build. Plus you have one extra part to worry about getting replacements if you break or lose em (the ceramic cups). Given the difficulty of getting stuff like that in the red dot, that would be a deal breaker for me. The kfl and Russians are also dead simple to build on.

Oh and also I use my Russians primarily on my satin silver provari and it looks sick together.

Russian 91 (couldn't find a picture with my provari and it's out for repair so... But You can see how that looks on a brushed stainless mod)
