I placed an order with them for a couple of lanyards to fit my husband's and my eVic. They accidently shipped the regular eGo lanyards. I emailed them to tell them of the mistake. They replied the same night and said I could exchange them for the correct lanyards. They even sent them before I had even returned the incorrect ones. They were shipped on a Friday and arrived on the following Monday. Great customer service, I believe. I even went to one of their brick and mortar stores in Menomonee Falls, WI, It Is Vapor 4, and it was a very nice visit. The owner and employees knew what they were talking about and were very helpful. Will definitely visit the store, again, and order from their site.
