Hubby and I finally got our HALO G6 today! I couldn't be happier. It's beautiful! I got the Deep Purple and hubby got Midnight Blue. Compared to the little cheapo I bought from the gas station 2 wks ago, the G6 is the 'Cadillac' of cig a likes (IMHO). Even with the shipping glitch we had...IT WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT! I already told hubby what I want for my bday in 2 months...."Triton, come to MAMA"....yippee yippee yaaaay!

Mini tanks and the Triton will really show that their juice is top line. The taste is great. You'll love it. The G6 is what I started with too and I still use it when I'm out and about.

Thanks petermatra, I was thinking I would do that as well. You're right about the juice. I can tell the quality, even in the cartos. HALO is top shelf.

Started with the G6 kit too - you made a great choice! Been almost 3 months off analogs thanks to Halo so know that you started with a great company (still haven't tasted any juice as good as theirs). The mini-tanks are great, but the juice flavor is much more pronounced - I prefer them for the flavor and ease of seeing how much juice I have left, but my wife thinks they're too harsh on her throat and prefers the cartos. Either way, you should give them a try in the future! Congrats and can't wait to hear about your Triton :)

Congrats!

For what it's worth, I ordered my wife a G6 along with a Triton for myself. (She didn't like the idea of a bigger device, so I figured we'd try one of each.)

Although I generally prefer the flavor of the Triton, the G6 is really nice too. The cartos mute the flavors and seem to give the vapor a more smoke-like quality, which can be very satisfying, even more satisfying than the Triton at times, IMO. I've got more batteries of both types on the way, along with some mini-tanks (and more Triton tanks), so I think both she and I will end up using both the G6 and the Triton for a long time to come.

you will enjoy the G6 very much so, no doubt. now it's time to take a whirlwind tour of flavors (hint, they're all awesome, but you didn't hear that from me).

In the best way you can, please explain the flavor of Belgian Cocoa! This one and Shamrock are the two I'm debating on ordering next! Would you say Belgian is a deep, dark cocoa or chocolate?

Well Angi, it's like the BEST cup of hot cocoa you've ever had!!!!!! Yes, it's a deep, dark, mellow, chocolate...not milk chocolate at all. I vape it in the mornings with coffee, and it's just HEAVENLY. You cant go wrong with this stuff!

Works best in a dripper or higher voltage. On the standard Triton Battery, I find it kinda of powdery. You can taste the creamy back note on a dripper, though, and then it's highly good.

Shamrock, however is a smooth, creamy chocolate with a mint -- just like an Andes mint or girl scout thin mint. There's a slight cocoa back note, but it's much creamier than Belgian Cocoa

Belgian Cocoa is a deep, dark cocoa taste, It's strong and bold. It's rich. It's not like milk chocolate or overly sweet. It's not candy bar tasting. It's more like baking cocoa with a bit of sweetness added just to take the bitterness out of it. I really like it. Shamrock is good too. It's not overly sweet and if you like mint with chocolate, this is good. I got hooked on the Twisted Java since I'm a coffee fan.

Yeah, for what it's worth, none of the chocolate flavors (Belgian Coco, Shamrock, Cafe Mocha to a lesser extent) work for me on a standard Triton/G6 setup. Powdery is the perfect word; the dry coco taste doesn't go well with the smokey feel of the vapor hitting the back of my throat. Your mileage may vary.

That said, Cafe Mocha smells so bleeping good that I might just leave open bottles of it around my house. :)

My faves from the Gourmet pack were Malibu (by a mile) and Kringle's Curse. Turkish is still the champ overall, for me.
