I love bonuses as well. But a points/rewards program would be better for both V4L and the consumer imo. With a rewards system, you get exactly what you want as the consumer and meanwhile, V4L can keep cost down this way by not sending "un needed" bonuses with orders. For example, a passthrough, car charger, ect I do not need.

You can always send me a free battery tho!:p

LOVE when I get a free battery.

I'd like to see:

A higher-voltage battery
Multi-chargers
Thin carrying case for XL's
AC adaptor for passthru's

As for the points vs bonuses, I think the points may be better because I often seem to get menthol and tobacco bonuses, and I can't stand either one! On the flip side, I like the surprise aspect, so I guess I'd say stick with the bonuses.

These are all great ideas - you can rest assured we are up nights thinking about ALL of these and more.

Thanks for the support and ideas.

So in the end you like the Batteries and ultimately down the road control over what you get in the way of freebies via a pts. system - good to know.

When I think of points systems - I personally think of Best Buy, and how they messed up their RewardsZone program. We will take our time figuring this one out before we put such a system in place - I am all for pleasing our family here. ESPECIALLY you loyal fans/fam members.

Thanks Luma!

We'd be an even tighter family - if you would put in a CHICAGO BEARS jersey ;)

Game 16 in Lambeau will decide the NFC North; Bears are better than I thought they would be this year. At least we can laugh together at the hapless ViQueens - No offense MN folks, but hey, you wanted Favre, you got him!

Hmmm...great ideas, everyone! Here are the ideas I liked:
-gingerbread and dark chocolate flavors
-a case that will fit XL batteries or a fully assembled battery
-more sampler pack options
-advanced notice of sales and discounts
-rewards program...how my favorite body jewelry site does it is a combination. You receive points for every dollar you spend, and after so many points, you can reedeem it for a cash discount off an order. They also do things like after every $30 spent on an order, you receive a freebie, after every $50, you recieve two freebies, $75 you get three, and so on. There is a drop down list available during checkout where you can choose a freebie. The more you spend, the better the freebies get. Just an idea! Thank you V4L, I love your products so much and your customer service is top-notch!

nice! what a great job you've got ; )

I would like to see more variety. Instead of "beer" and "whisky", why not get more specific... I like your "red energy" so why not "newcassel" or "crown royale" lol you've also got "rum and coke" so why not "old fashioned" or "whisky sour"?

you've got some great flavors already...keep up the great work.

How about the following:
Harvey Wallbanger
Cuba Libre
Rob Roy
Manhattan

:)

Hey, we do have Margarita, Pina Colada, Champagne (and not the cheap stuff ;) )

Keep the ideas coming - the more we hear from you all, the more we know what the world wants... you are our pulse.

Thanks

I'm new to the KR808 world (and I have to say I regret taking everybody's word about automatics, I love them), but I have a "wish" list product. I realize that ideally people would use your batteries and your cartos. Unfortunately, not all of us start here, and I have a box of cartos with different threading that I would to pop onto my KR808. I know a lot of places carry them, they're not scarce, but it would be great if I could pick up an extra set of batteries and the adapter, because I hate the idea of picking up an adapter somewhere else and then paying as much for shipping as I do the adapter. Just a thought.

As a former V4L-'er, I think I might be able to add a little insight:

- V4L needs to get with the program and either (A) develop their own version of the eGo/Riva hardware, or (B) develop a higher-capacity battery to whatever specifications their marketing approach requires. I'm not really concerned with a "HV" batt, as the current V4L batts are *very* potent as they are...but the a-number-one thing that took me away from V4L was the fact that I was playing with batteries on a consistent basis. Nothing more frustrating than constantly worrying about where the nearest power source is, and if I'll be idle long enough to get a charge before having to go mobile again.

- Where are those "new products" that Steve was talking about months ago, you know...the ones that were supposed to be nothing short of amazing and be available before VapeFest? I kid you not, most of the reason I even check this thread is the anticipation of new V4L hardware. Love the new PCC with a power level indicator, by the way.

- When I was with V4L, it seemed like I had to carry around mounds of stuff: extra cartos, juice, a PCC, extra batteries (as my 2nd batt would be dead often before the 1st was charged), carto cleaning toothpick, etc. I've seen the XL case, and I thought: why doesn't V4L simply alter the XL case to contain the innards of the PCC in one half (they just snap out of the hard case anyhow), and leave the other half as-is? For that matter, there looks to be enough clearance and dead space in that case to *easily* house 2 spare batts, a few cartos, and at least a 3ml bottle or two. If something of this nature were done, all someone would need to carry with them to get the whole V4L experience would be a single case. Everything you need in one place, nothing you don't.

Other than this, I think V4L has all the groundwork laid already. The customer service is above and beyond the call, products are better than any other KR808D-1 available, and shipping times are snappy as it gets for such a large player in the industry. But V4L's gotta throw on the "grown-up pants" and innovate a bit if they want to prosper. Otherwise, I see a lot of people doing as I did an migrating to greener pastures (in the hardware sense, anyhow).

Keep in mind, I love V4L...actually wish I would've never sold my VK kit...but I'm looking at this from a big-picture, makes-sense standpoint. Just giving my unbiased, objective, honest opinions. :)

you know what would be nice? being able to select multiple items on the wishlist to mark for checkout (or deletion) instead of going back and forth :)

We are in the process of revamping our entire eCommerce experience - one of the MAJOR enhancements is that wishlist functionality - You will LOVE the new wishlist and shopping cart - we have been hush hush on this - so as not to overpromise and under-deliver.

I can't give you a due date- but we are targeting having this up and running this year for sure.

FYI - OSmitty

Your comments are taken to heart and we hate to not have everything ironed out - but there are some innovations in the works - it's just hard to keep this steady growth, high levels of customer support and high touch in the forums and with our customers while innovating - but having been a part of the product development teams for the past few months, I can say good things are on the horizon. I can't give dates, but I can tell you a lot of the woes you speak of are gonna be addressed for sure. Thanks for your candid and honesty - it is appreciated !!!

Thanks for the feedback Clover.

Right on...I honestly didn't want to throw off any kind of ill vibe towards V4L, didn't want anyone to get the wrong impression. I love the company and what the individuals running it stand for, their mission is admirable in both concept and execution. I'm sure that the V4L team has already had thoughts of some of the things I've mentioned, as being any sort of impassioned about e-cigs tends to provoke...Yet I still found it necessary to point those ideas out in the case that someone hasn't already.

That said, I'm (still) rather anxious to see what V4L's bringing to market: with all the new technology and hardware advances that seem to be pouring in every week (1300mAh batts, LEO, eGo PT's, E2's, etc...), it's imperative that V4L's next-gen hardware will be worthy contenders for our almighty dollars.

When I was a V4L customer, I loved it...Had a batt fail me 2 days before the warranty, and the team took care of me with no questions asked. It wasn't until I checked out a cheap KR kit that I realized the high quality standards you guys have, made me appreciate that 3rd air-hole in the batts! So, yeah...Even though I'm not a customer at the moment, there's still a soft spot in my person for V4L, and I still check out the site/special offers/etc on a continued basis just in case. Can't wait to see what you guys have cookin', hoping it'll make me a customer again! :D

I just wanted to thank you and everyone else at V4L...I am LOVING my new carts and batteries, so much better than my last set from another distributer. I'm a customer for life! I also just bought a starter kit for my best friend...I never thought I'd see the day when he stopped smoking. He's currently borrowing some of my supplies, and can't wait for his kit to arrive as he LOVES the quality of the vapor4life products. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
