Hey V4L Family - just a quick hello and finally a REAL formal introduction. My real name is Dave (but you can call me Dave). I have been working primarily behind the scenes at V4L for almost 2 years. I have known my buddy SMILIN for many years and am proud to say that this company, it's products and our family were amazing enough for me to quit my former gig (where I was a ground floor guy heading up a full service Creative Services division) to head up Marketing and Operations here at Vapor4Life! I am quite excited to be on board full time. You have all seen my handiwork with the Vapors Video Contest (our version of the OSCARS), all our the banner ads, the weekly specials, photography, etc... website graphics, yada yada

What types of promotions, sales, products, contests, programs would you like to see here at Vapor4Life?

I LOVE all your sales, but at the same time, I hate them with a passion! Let me explain...

I wasnt seeing much on the pilgrim offerings so I made my order and used your awesome 15% discount code. 6 hours later there was a sale for 28% off everything. I was super bummed as I am on a severe budget at this time in my life.

This has happened to me numerous times. I make an order and then with no warning see a sale the day after which could have saved me alot of money!

I do understand that the sales are meant to be a suprise, but they show up out of nowhere with nowhere with no warning. A week in advance email stating an upcoming sale would be awesome. I also understand these sales are meant to encourage more "buying". Again, agreed as a good marketing tool. But for some at the same time, it really hurts.

Love all the hard work and products. This is the only thing that bugs me. I wouldnt have an issue but like I said, I am on a huge budget for awhile and these sales have killed me.

Yes an XL case like the regular case but longer,and a bit narrower.maybe hold 2XL batts and 3 cartos in a row.

I would like to see skins/stickers for our batteries that would cost under $5, also would love to see maybe a 10ml bottle of juice, sometimes 5ml is not enough to try out flavors, and 30ml is to much for new flavor testing.

Hi Dave. And a BIG welcome!! I have a suggestion for the order fulfillment department.
Perhaps one person could "pull" the order, and a second person could stuff the envelope,
mail, etc. The second person would be responsible to double-check the order to be sure
the correct items were pulled. I think this would help on both ends, both V4L's and the
customer end.

A BUBBLE GUM flavor would be awesome! I would also love to see a case for the XL and 10ml samples of juice!

I also agree with Luma about the surprise sales - the 12 Pilgrims were nice, but I was afraid somedays to order not knowing what the next day was going to bring that might save me even MORE money!

It would be awesome to know in advance so we could plan and budget our money accordingly as things are tight for most everyone these days!

A rewards system would be nice where you could earn points with each purchase and then apply those points/credits to future orders.

That's my 2 cents worth!

Agree with NewLou and Keyzgirl completely... Love the XLs and passthru, but a 5v and case would be awesome.

As a photographer and designer, I have to say - Nice Work.

Welcome O Great Prince: I have one request and one only: Please find a way to consistently make all the cool cart blanks the same. Current production and manufacturing processes create some carts with short polyfill FAR TOO TIGHTLY compressed such that they only take about 12 drops, and the others are perfect and take 30 drops. In the last six months, I am finding about 20 - 30% of them are measureably inferior compared to about a 1 - 2% defect rate last winter and spring. Not that I'm complaining as I use them over and over, but I hate to toss them after only 1 refill because there is nothing I can do to loosen the batting without damaging the atomizer coil so they perform as designed.

Otherwise, love the sales and everything else pretty much as is; keep up the great work and thanks for introducing yourself.

I'd like to second the call for a case large enough to hold a fully assembled regular sized battery. I don't like putting it in my pocket, and it's tedious to continuously re-assemble the kit when I'm out and about.

Add me to the list for the request on an XL case. Also I'm looking for an attractive way to attach the pass-thru to the desk and a nice holder for my batteries (pencil cups suck). There are some talented people here and I can't wait to see the results of some of the contests. Nice work indeed.

@Luma - This was a great post - I would love to be able to help you all out - Maybe what we can do, is morph the Pilgrim Program into something a little more conducive towards the "V4L Family" - and help you all have "court vision" into some of the bigger discounts - Which is always a tricky one, because then people don't buy during "off sale" days.

HOWEVER - I can promise you this, we will take care of our family ALWAYS - so if ever you feel like you just missed out - please get in touch with us ASAP.

Thanks JamVector (another cool name) - I will talk to our product development engineers about this one, and see if I can't find an answer - STAY ON TOP OF THIS (aka bug me in a week or so, if I don't get back to you on this - as it is VERY important).
