Irrespective of the quality of their contents, which juice vendors (in your opinion) use the nicest bottles?

Out of the brands I've tried, I like Halo's blue glass and NLV's smoke-tinted plastic w/needle tip best. (Both of these are 30ml).

Also, do you clean and re-use them? I've saved a bunch but haven't cleaned them yet. I suppose I'll just rinse them well with water and vodka. I'm kinda apprehensive about using soap for some reason - would hate for any residue to get in my juice.

No I hear you, I love the pretty bottles. It definitely helps close the sale, for me anyways. But besides the vanity aspect, its also practical. Blue cobalt and amber glass do not allow air or light to permeate the liquid hence keeping it fresher longer. Or so I have heard. I sounded like I knew what I was talking about but I'm actually just regurgitating the things that I've read on this forum. Wouldn't want to be accused of doing "extensive research" twice in one day.

Every 30ml bottle that I've gotten from Alice in Vapeland is amber colored glass and has a charm attached to it. Additionally, AiV uses three labeling stickers: two on the front and one on the back. If such details matter, as this thread is all about, then these details matter. Lastly, the quasi-anime Alice is kinda hot.

So...my vote is for Alice in Vapeland.

Ahlusion, AiV, Vermillion River, 5 Pawns and Halo do the best job with what goes inside the bottles themselves and the overall packaging. It's not simply about glass bottles and trinkets, but safety seals, professional layout, and safety in overall packaging of contents.

I don't reuse vendor-sent bottles, I just buy my own PET bottles and cobalt/amber glass bottles. When I know a vendor sells in cheap bottles, I'll ask for extra stickers for my own purchased empties, or sometimes the stickers that come with the bottles easily come off to be placed on my own purty glass.

I edited this post on my own volition.

I love the glass bottles from AiV, which are sealed, btw. I find the dropper very easy to use.

While they don't use glass bottles, I just received an order from Moon Mountain and was thrilled to see they use the "long and skinny" dripper tops on their bottles.

I have a tremor in my hands that sometimes makes it impossible to fill tanks without dripping in the center tube. These little touches are so helpful.

Mountain Oak Vapors also does beautiful Amber bottles and has droppers in them. The labeling is clear and every bottle is individually sealed around the cap.

They are also really good with cross border shipping, and will leave out/edit out any mention of nic content in the liquid.

I've never re-used the bottles, but I think I may hang on to a couple for future use.

Forgot about MOV. QuickNic is pretty dern good as well. NET.com is working hard on all fronts also, though, the labeling may need to be laminated (their plastic bottles are safety sealed; I haven't gotten their glass.)

Some of the poorest jobs I have seen (from vendors that should know better) with either shipping, labeling or bottle choices, have been from HHV, GeJ, BWB and AeJ (but AeJ has since gotten their act together; no more shipping liquid in Priority document envelopes ).

I prefer care packages to ship wrecks. Yes, some vendors need to right their ships (pun desperately intended.) LOL

All liquids should be safety sealed nowadays too.

Begin mini rant---> One more gripe I have is these vendors that are shipping worldwide and lying on the customs form. "Aroma oils" is got to be one of the stupidest tactics I have seen from "reputable" businesses (especially when they send poorly packaged, unsecured bottles across the globe). Seriously, that has got to stop! It's a very bad situation waiting to spill out into the press (pun again). At the very least, just call them "flavored liquids" and secure the hell out of them! <--Mini rant over

How would you propose that they send e-liquid to some of these countries that don't allow e-liquid with nicotine?

I imagine they ship this way so people can get e-liquid, and package this way to keep shipping costs down. Is this really a problem with intl. orders?

WHat I would propose is right up under what you highlighted in bold: "At the very least, just call them "'flavored liquids'" and secure the hell out of them!" The fact remains that the contents do not include "aroma oils" and even if that wasn't the issue, like I said, it's a problem "especially when they send poorly packaged, unsecured bottles across the globe."

I believe that cutting corners on safety and package security is more about vendors own laziness than it is about simply keeping shipping costs down. Is it really a problem with international orders? No more or no less than it is for domestic shipping from what I can tell (my own experiences and posts I've read). I think it is worth noting that when sending something to a country that is already on the books as having laws against it (nic liquid), I would think it would be imperative to CYA with kevlar, not scotch tape.

Edit**I didn't intend on derailing this thread, so feel free to consider my pots just semi off-topic ramblings.

Their glass amber bottles are excellent with high quality drippers. The labels are clean with logoing...but the next level would be better branding and more eye appeal. Their packaging is secure, but handwritten envelopes is a bit mom and poppish. NETCOM seems right between a mom and pop packaging/brand wise and a Halo. Their juice bags they toss into every order are a really nice touch.

Ahlusion is top flight for sure

That, or simply obey the law regardless of how ridiculous or unfair it it. Making a decision between obeying a country's laws or LYING in order to circumvent what one sees as unjust laws is a question of ethics.

I was really impressed with NETCOM packaging/shipping security; but one pet peeve of mine is paper labels. Even Ahl does that with their aros. I will say though, paper labels on nice bottles is better than cheap plastic bottles with sharpie-written names on laminated labels.

But, the contents will always be what I care most about, as long as the contents didn't end up spilled.

Has anyone gotten Jameson liquids? Those are really nice bottles. Oh yeah, ePipemods has really nice 30 mL bottles.

I do agree with you 100%. I'm just thinking about the 'why's' of why it's done this way. We only need on serious mishap for this to turn into a serious problem.

Shipping is just so expensive, and I do feel badly for those members that have a difficult time getting supplies. Maybe suppliers should offer more shipping options if the customer is willing to pay for it.
