Hi All

Firstly Thanks to everyone for the info on this forum, read it for days before buying my 1st E-cig.Now been on it for 10 days and not even craved an analog. Also 6 people at work now have them having seen mine on the go in the smoke room. ( still go down as I like the company ) now heres the thing. We had a no smoking day at work today and someone from the NHS in to test smokers ( Carbon Monoxide levels in the blood ) Immediatly after vaping, I registered 2 on the scale ( 2 is a non smoker ) However and heres the big however when I told her she went really funny on me claiming that this product has not be trialled properly and has raised concerns with my company. These are now banned inside until RISK ASSESED!!!!! ( are you kidding me ) and must be used only at the smoke room,,,,damn Ive been doing the odd vaping at my desk for the last week,,,,,heyho loving my e-cig

Ah rats! Sorry to hear that man.

This is just another demonstration of why it's better to be discreet in certain situations. Getting them 'unwelcomed' in a random pub is no big deal, you don't have to go back there. But your own office is quite another matter cause you gotta be there 8 hours a day. Argh.

Glad you are loving the ecig. Even with the associated hassles they are still worth all the effort imho.

I guess i'm lucky, i can vap as much as i want at work (and do). The guys around me don't care. My boss don't care about it either. In fact he's probably happy i'm not going outside every hour or so. Since i sit at a computer all day i made my own usb passthrough with a manual switch when one of my 901 batteries died. That thing makes some good vapor.

That is interesting about that test though.

Happy vaping !!

I actually did the honest/stupid thing when I bought my first e-cig, and went to HR to ask if I could use it at my desk. Just so you know, I work for a pretty big corporation, so I decided to ask permission as opposed to forgiveness in this case. They asked me for some info, so I gave them the wiki site and pointed out the no violation against the indoor free air act. They still came back and said no, saying that there was still nicotine in what I exhaled. I guess the fact that I would be at my desk more often, instead of outside, and probably speeding my titties off most of the time, never crossed their mind :p
