ive used mostly 510 attys and cartos so far. i had a 306 once very early on but burned it up in a couple days of obvious misuse. now i find myself with a couple and i dont want a repeat performance. ive got it on my provari and primed it with 5 drops and it started leaking. the leaking seems to have stopped now but tell me, whats the secret to these and the best way to use them?

thanks dot, i just figured since it was new on there id prime it like a 510 with 5 or so drips...didnt work out well, lol. now that its going im doing 3 drips and it seems pretty good and getting better. it is a trick to drip down the drip tip rather than being able to remove the tip to drip, got me a mouthful a second ago.

Unless you manage to hit dead center with your juice, a little drop will hang on the narrow rim right where the mouthpiece part of the drip tip widens into the body. That drop will sort of seal off the tip so that the juice just sits in the mouthpiece. I've learned (the hard way, of course) to blow into the tip after dripping to break that little barrier so the juice can flow down to the atty.

im so lucky i caught that when it happened, lol. i was just getting ready to hit after i had dripped. i took a paperclip and touched the juice and it drained down.
