I would start with Red Bull and licorice. I don't have those 2 flavors or I would try.

red bull and rootbeer maybe? jager always tasted like flat rootbeer mixed with cough syrup to me and it burns your soul as it goes down...

Red bull and black licorice sounds to be the most accurate. Maybe adding a few drops of anise oil would help as well?
