well i finally got the dura c a couple of weeks ago, this is my first janty e cig and have heard mixed reviews about them.

first puff was very pleasing, good vapour and nice hit. and it does so every time!

however, the first atomizer died within 10 mins, emailed janty, had a replacement and complimentary carts in 3 days, but no return envelope for me to post back the original? guess i have to buy an envelope and pay for the postage?

then the second original atomizer died with 4 days of use! emailed janty again, and had another atomizer and complimentary carts.

but......one of the replacement atomizers is so tight it makes my cheeks hurt! so i cant use that, emailed janty about it about a week ago but have not heard anything back yet.

and....the 4th replacement atomizer has just died after 6 days of use!

anyhow, thats the atomizer issue, the battery life doesnt seem to be that good, i get through 3-4 charges a day easy. normally a dse901 batt will keep me going until late evening. apart from that the manual switch it great!

i cant use the carts as they leak everywhere all the time! even if i top up the cart, after a few puffs it needs topping off again as the liquid has gone elsewhere. i recon ive mopped up as much juice as ive smoked! lol

even with drip smoking the liquid still finds it way everywhere, either back up the cart or out of the 4 cut outs on the battery. ive never had any liquid on my lips or in my mouth though so thats a plus!

I was expecting good things from janty, maybe ive just been unlucky? but with the atomizers costing 16 odd euros a time i cant afford for these to fail after a week! ive got 901's which have lasted me 2 months and still going strong?!

i really did want to like the dura c but there's just too many cons, customer service has been good from janty apart from the last email response. i was hoping everything would go great and i could get everything from janty as it seems they're trying to improve things and make better products, but unfortunatley after this experience janty are going to have to make someting amazing for me to part with my cash again!

I have had my dura C for some time now...I never had any problems with my Atomizer simply DYING....I did notice that the taste went sour in one of them...most likely due to my cleaning methods...lol...not the best..that's why I quit cleaning them, just blow out the residue every now and then...I don't think luck has anything to do with it personally....I destroyed many a parts in my day, mainly on the original dura; however, my dura-c is still going strong...I avoid dripping as well, I feel like that puts a lot of stress on the atomizer if done incorrectly....Anyhow...THESE ARE MY OPINIONS....I hope you get your situation resolved!

First I must say I love my dura-c and have had it for about 2weeks now and no problem...except about 5 mins ago I blew into the atomizer because I heard it was a simple quick clean and now I am getting a terrible taste from it no matter what I do..does anyone know what the problem is or can explain to me in detail how to fix it?? Thank you in advance

All in all I was fairly happy with my Dura-C in the beginning except one of my atomizers seemed to be 'malformed'. None of the carts would fit easily into it, and once you'd finally worked it into the Atomizer, it wouldn't fit the other. So I only used the one the carts fit naturally into for about two and half weeks, then Friday it all of a sudden went from a juice flavor to one that I can only describe as Damp-Wet socks. After that, the atomizer was cold and I can only guess from what I've read on this forum, the coil collapsed after burning out the wick. If anyone else has a better idea, I'd love to know what went wrong.

Well, using the malformed one saturday afternoon for a few hours. (With several topoffs/refills, as the Dura-C seems to burn liquid almost as fast as the SD) before the same thing happened to it. Two atomizers in two days, one that I used hardly at all(Although it probably had issues from the start since none of the carts really fit it :/).
E-mailed JantyUSA about the first one on Friday afternoon and if they were offering additional atomizers yet. Haven't seen any available on their site since the several day downtime and haven't heard back yet.

My Dura-C batteries too went from lasting two to four hours the first week, to generally only lasting about an hour three-four weeks later.

Well, I am sorry to hear about some of these issues. I have had my Dura-C for about two weeks now and have zero issues. Yes a couple of my carts are leaky, a couple dont leak at all. I have not had an atomizer issue. So far my experience with it is great. I love this unit. The batteries do not last as long as my 901 batteries. But my 901 doesnt vape like my steam engine Dura-C.

Vapor was Good, but not as good as my e-puffer
Magnum
Great throat hits with 36mg from Totally Wicked, and feels like a real cig, but the size of the carts are very small lasted only for about 10 puffs each cart, and the same when I refilled them with juice. I am a heavey smoker, that means I will have to carry about 30 full carts with me each day
Do all of you agree about about 10 buffs to a Cart ????????????

Should make the carts a little longer.

Are there any other carts and atomizers out there that fit the Dura-C, besides from Parkers store, that are from Janty ???????????

Battery did not last long

After a few days now, one of the battery's only lasted for 2 carts that I refilled, about 40 puffs. I only charged it for 2 hours as per instructions, but I will charge it for 4 hours tonight and see how long it lasts. Most battery's say to recharge for 4 hours from other brands.
