Janty France is not responding

hi, i have an opened ticket on JF but no response, no feedback in last 5 days, it's for a bad battery in my Janty Jets XL Kit.

this battery, even after 5 click, no signs of life. If i put in charge the led blink slowly three times but charger led remains green.

the other 900mAh battery in the kit is OK.
