Janty is a let down...

:mad: I placed an order for juice on the 5th. With a presumed 10 day wait, I left a nice safety net of cartridges. I have sent four emails since the 18th, to dispatch, info at janty... I've tried them all. Not a single reply to any of them. My last cartridge ran out today, and I have just bought my first pack of ciggarettes in the 22 days since I got my kissbox classic. 8-oGood news, I hate the ciggarettes, and it is the first time in my life I have ever lit a ciggarette and found it repugnant and alien, even after quitting for 2 years. I am blown away by how much I perfer the e-cig! The bad news, this will cost me a chunk of change, $5.49 a day, and I thought I was done with smoking after choosing a safer, and cheaper alternative. I'm miserable, and angry. I have opened a dispute with paypal, and hope that Ludo, or Jeff will respond to them, because they sure as hell don't give a crap about my emails.

Does anyone know of a good juice that will not clog janty atomizers? :confused:

I am still going back and forth with jeff through the paypal dispute. He says I must have filed through the European Janty, even though my order is in US dollars, and has domestic shipping charges. I have emailed him a cut and paste of my account with "order processing" from their site, I have sent him my log in name and password for my account with them, so he can see for himself. The paypal dispute has all the info for the money I sent to their account, and when, and their own records should make it abundantly clear that I was never sent any product for that money. For people manufacturing such a wonderful product, I am shocked that they could be dropping the ball this heavily. I feel like I am totally being jerked around. If this is not resolved by tomorrow, I am upping the claim with paypal from dispute to claim, and I will let them reolve it.

I was going to order extra parts from Janty, so that if anything goes wrong, I am covered, but at this stage I am going to go for a DSE801 or DSE901. I will never order form Janty again.

Got a refund today. I've went to Totally Wicked and ordered a DSE801, instead of the back-up party I was going to order from Janty, and a bottle of super high vanilla Juice. I hope TW is a better experience.

They're all becoming a letdown....you can order from Janty, but won't see it for awhile. You can't even order from Puresmoker.

Looks like I'll do the route you went, but I'm gonna get my Johnson's Creek stuff. Totally Wicked was nice as far as nic is concerned but I like the JCSJ flavors better. Tobacco and Tennessee Cured for me.

That's bull****. If you are out, having trouble, did not get my order, whatever... answer my email and let me know. Be a professional. I am so impressed by Janty's products, namely the kissbox, and the RY4 and cappucino juice, that I would be more than willing to ride it our with them and learn how far ahead I need to place my orders.:mad:

I've gotta say...I cannot bring myself to buy a non-controlled e-cig. This locks me into Janty's design. I love their product...it's just the service is getting bad.

I'm giving it until May before I just "give up" on them. The economy taking a dump, people laying off tons of people, and the demand for e-cigs rising due to tomorrow's tax is enough to damage even the most prolific company.
