Hi everyone,

Help needed

i'm having problem with Neo, it has been leaking on me for the week days while i'm using..
After refill, for less than 10 puffs the liquid empty, all escape from the Mouth Tips as well as the join between Battery and Puromizer.

Please advise what i can do to prevent it.
