I talked to Jeff at janty and I I’m sure he will make good on orders and replacements that were delayed do to stock. I just put in an order for a kiss box until the new janty stick is available so I can use the pass-through to save batteries
There are problems with ALL ecigs my smoking everywhere had leaking carts and dead batteries and atomizers

When I did my research after the bad experience with smoking everywhere it came down to two the Njoy pin and the kissbox from Janty but I went with the new Dura and have been pleased with it, yes some carts leaked and batteries dying. And Jeff was fast in replacing them without having to send the bad ones back. I did help fix some of the leaking carts by pressing my tweezers in the two holes on the side of the cart making them tighter
So the bottom line is I’m not giving up on Janty they have very good products there not generic and have good track record there has been someproblem as of late but think they will make good once they get there stock of cigs

My order was a long time coming and very small. Probably got lost in the shuffle. I would not think they would give "free" stuff to all, I certainly did not expect it. In some cases it may be the appropriate thing to do though. Just good business. I have followed the complaints and do not understand why they have not at least responded to most. Perhaps they are "back on track" now.

From what I understood from Ludo's email - he put the site down because he's working on some improvements. Let's hope the improvements involve ACCURATE stock updates and the ability to block customers from purchasing products not in!

They do need to focus on customer service - in an e-commerce business, communication is all you have to keep your customer base.
