Both are 3.7 volts

The janty had a stock atty, the box mod a 510

That makes much more sense why you like the box mod better... I really dont blame ya, I myself am a fan of the 510 and wouldnt get a stick w/o an adapter. Just was hoping to see apples to apples is all

Oh and one more thing... Was your box mod running on a usb?? Would that not bump up the voltage to somewhere around 5v? If so, then there would really be no comparison...

Yeah, I am not going to comment much because I know there will be alot of other comments

but you are not doing a good comparison almost seems staged
1. different atties different atty production
2. not aware if you are using the same juice either
3. seems like you are pushing the box mod not really reviewing the JS (not saying the box mod isn't good)
4. with all variables eliminated 3.7v provide the same vapor no matter what the device

Alot of great qualities for the JS yeah some cons but that goes with almost everything

NOT a Fair REVIEW again seems like a promo to me my opinion

I get as much vapor out of my JS as you got on the box mod. Looked like your pulls on the JS were very short -- the LED never went from blue to purple to red. There are some wicking issues floating around regarding the JS, but I got all mine sorted out quickly and can flat cloud up a room in no time.

I guess after all your other great reviews I expected this one to be all about the JS. Remember, not all folks are skilled enough to build a box mod.

seems to me using the type of atomizer the device is made for is fair.. besides adding an adapter is only going to increase the price difference, making his value vs looks point all the more valid

Comparing an 801 at 3.7 to a 510 at what appeared to be 5v is just goofy. A 3.7v unit with similar sized batteries will perform the same on all 3.7v models. At least compare apples to apples.

One factor not compared in the value Vs Looks point was the warranty. As with all products the warranty length and quality of service is a big factor in the price. Personally I love Janty products and have always had a good experience with the company.

I am sorry to all you MG TFGWTF fans, but the more I watch this video the more it upsets me.... the misinformation coming out of his mouth is unbelievable seems like he doesn't know much about the JS (LED color stages wrong, Just one example) comparing with too many varying factors... some I mentioned previously(post 5).

NOTE: NOT knocking the box mod in review I am with out a doubt sure it serves its purpose.

Then goes out by saying if you want a serious vape get something like the CHUCK well the last time I checked (and correct me if I am wrong) the CHUCK is High Volt PV and is in a total other league.paul corrected me CHUCK is a 3.7 device, but can be adapted to be 6v....so still in another league

Yes the Janty Stick isn't for everyone, Yes it has its cons. but this review doesn't seem unbiased at all (I am talking about the review I saw today...not sure if he actually is going to redo it properly)

I wanted to drop it, and I know he has fans,,but a hack is a hack....I am sure MG is a good guy... but needs to stick with juice reviews.
stay in your lane man.....

again I am sorry I am not trying to start anything I just want people that don't know the JS and are one of the followers of TFGWTF that do more research before you develope your opinion and don't be a blind sheep.

NOTE2: if you have your opinion on the JS already either pro or con great and if you already know what there is to know about the JS and still agree with MG great.... this message IS NOT for you.... its for noobzz that maybe stumbled into this thread and have no clue at the errors of the vid (unless a new vid was posted after with improvements)
EDIT: I am sorry some of comments were unnecessary and harsh.. I will not delete what i sad because it has been said already, but I did not need to go as extreme as I did just to make my opinion of the review

One of the many problems with his "reviews" is that products that aren't given (free) to him, don't receive the same positive reviews as the ones that are.

He has a sweet personal gain scam going on here, and more people are starting to wake up to that fact. After receiving close to $500 in "donations" recently, he's now asking on his blog for people to give him a high def webcam, a LCD monitor, and yes, more money. Not bad for a guy who does nothing but plop down in front of a camera and try to blow smoke rings.

Good review... What type of atty was on the box mod? Does the built-in Passthough vape the same as 3.7v or does it vape at 5v like what you were vaping on? I would have to assume if you had a 510 atty on the Janty Stick you WOULD see more vapor... Holler

Chief

With the JS plugged into the USB and vaping at the same time, you get more of the 4.2 volt (fully charged batt) hit each time.

There is a difference but you don't notice it until after 1-2 hours of stand alone vaping.
