I just have a question for all of you. I just received my Janty Stick V2. I have seen pics where the whole end cap lights up blue. Does anyone know how that was done and would you be willing to post the how-to?

I think the pics you saw were showing the glow and you thought it was the whole end cap but it's not, only the thin band around lights up.

OK, I just saw the one mentioned on classifieds and it is a V1 not V2, but I guess the mod could be made on either.
As of how to do it, I could not find any posts that mention it.

From what I remember, that dude used sandpaper and one of those fine fingernail files to remove the paint. He had a thread on it but I can't find it.

Thanks everyone. I just happened to notice something about the V2 model. I popped my end cap off to have a better look. I am so glad I did. They are no longer using the clear end cap and simply painting it. On the new models the end cap is made from black plastic with the silver highlights painted on. Without a new clear end cap this mod just won't be possible on the V2 models.
