Does anyone tellme how long does it take to ship Janty Kissbox classic in jantyusa.com

I ordered janty kissbox classic on Feb 13 and till today (feb 17th), the site says my order is in "processing". and the order is not yet shipped.
I have sent couple of emails as followup on this and didnt get any reply.

They charge 12 usd shipping and paypal fees as well and the site promises for 1-4 business day shipping... anyone experienced with jantyusa.com.. help me .. how long normally does it take to get the orders/...

I ordered on the 13th, as well. Jeff shot me an email on Monday saying my KB will ship Tuesday (Monday was a U.S. holiday). Try emailing to info@jantyusa.com

Every order I made at Janty still says "in processing". Orders I received months ago still say "in processing". I wouldn't worry too much, most times they ship same day.

Ditto on the "in processing"--all of my orders are still "in processing" even though all but one have been received.

Jeff said their recent shipment of Duras got held up in customs, but they've now been released and are on their way, scheduled to arrive in his hands on Thursday or Friday. I have no idea if that shipment also includes Kissboxes, too.

It's frustrating when you want something NOW, but it looks like a lot of sellers have bare cupboards right now.

thanks guyz,, its just a name to display on the forum.. (may be quick nickname which i wont forget ). You can count on me.. I did really order from Jantyusa.com for classic kissbox..
Upon several reviews on this forum.. i decided to go for a penstyle.. jantyclassic kissbox.
in the whole internet, as per my analysis and research, i trusted 2 for ecigarette....

here is the update on the janty delivery... still waiting for my kissbox

similar case here.. i order kissbox on 2/13 .. There was no change in status... (webiste says always in processing).. followed up with Jeff.. with 3 emails.. (16,17,18th of FEb)
Got a response on 2/18 from jeff saying that

"Thanks for your enquiry... Unfortunately our order has been delayed until Thursday/Friday due to customs inspection. The package has been released and is on the way to our offices as we speak via UPS. I apologize for the shipping delay with your order"

2/19 got a mail from paypal saying the package is shipped?? Still not received as i type this email.... Saturday morning 2/21.. Keeping my fingers crossed hoping i get my kissbox..

Meanwhile ,, sincce i cant get back to analogs ..earlier on Feb 17th (after my 2rd email followup with Jeff ) i got frustrated and ordered for Health E cigaretess in amazon.
Today morning i got that delivered via usps... priority email from Fremont California....
luckily till i get the package from jeff... i wil smoke this cheap crap which i ordred for 25 usdollars

I will be nice and give Janty 30 days to deliver my order then it is ON. They will receive the most vicious flurry of e-mails they have ever seen. (won't make any difference) but what the heck? I'm sure they are just swamped with orders and their deliveries are being held up in customs. They seem like a very good company and I'm sure that all will be well.

Received my Kissbox Classic Extended today. One item is missing, but I am glad to have a working unit again. My NJOY NCIG pen-style atomizer crapped out almost two weeks ago and the replacement they sent, well, sucked. I have the KB fired up on the USB port of my laptop right now. Vapor is decent, using the auto switch and already I am topping off the standard tobacco carts with menthol juice. Batteries take 12 hours for the initial charge so I will know better how they hold up tomorrow or the next day.

I've never had a problem with Jeff and JantyUSA. He's really good with customer followup.

I changed my screen name actually. Cashmere/steve/puresmoker got sick of mispelling my name originally so I asked him to change my name. I still don't think he can spell this screen name off the top of his head.

Just curious what item was missing from your order? Wouldn't happen to be the usb car adapter by chance? I'm still waiting on one from my orer placed Feb. 1.

You are correct. Jeff did not want to hold up my order for one item so he sent everything else. The USB-E-Charger for the car will come later. I was thrilled to find out I can use the USB Pass-Through with this device when I am driving. The KB Extended package offers ways to vape wherever you are. As long as the atomizers don't crap out, I expect to be very happy with the device.
