So I was out boozing last night in Shibuya, when I stumbled upon a piece of A4 taped to the wall of the boozer I was in. They claim to sell nicotine ejuice and have a Japanese address...

I'll order some on Monday but I heard reviews on YouTube that the Dekang is not good, so I will try the Ritchie. It is cheaper then what I usually get. I can't test for nicotine, but if I have withdrawals, I'll let everyone know.

They may just be an import contact company. The red note on the liquid states the import restrictions of 120ml. I assume they are taking orders and forwarding the info to the manufacturer to have the juices delivered. Not sure though, I relied on Google for some of translation. More info to come.

Honestly, if it has to go from them to a company back to them and then to you.. In my opinion, it would be a lot easier just to order from the states....

I think since they are a vendor, and a health vendor at that, they are probably following stricter rules.

From what I hear nobody has any idea how 1 month supply is, so it's down to the discretion of the customs officials.

That kind of company buys for you abroad, they don't have stock or sell it themselves. It's good for japanese people who either can't read english or order at some shops which don't accept japanese credit cards, I heard.
I think it's definitely better to order ourselves.

On Japanese forums, it's kind of forbidden to talk about how much quantity of juice one can import for itself, because there's no regulation yet except it should be "for one month personal use", no quantity mentioned, and it might be better like that. We should keep it low and avoid that subject IMHO.

But I understand what you are saying. Some might read something into it.

All I can say is that Japan will come around to just allowing it. With JTI investing in the ploom (here and abroad) and more people get interested because of news from abroad, it's only a matter of time before it's available locally in Japan. Then there will probably be strict rules on import and we will be forced to buy what's available here.

Fully agree. The current grey zone is in our favor I believe (by "our" I mean the ones who can order on line from abroad). It is at the discretion of the customs, who fortunately do not seem to be too picky.
When JT will get a hand on this e-liquid business it will probably be another story.
