Well in this day and age of devices that last from here to the door, the reuleaux rx200 deserves a Seal of Approval because not only is it a fantastic full featured APV but it has lasted me over 3 months of daily use.

My Reuleax has been used daily at around 80w to 120w for exactly 3 months and it's been dropped numerous times from two to three feet on concrete and carpet and still works like a champ. I'm really tough on APV's so if it lasts me 90 days of continuous use then it's earned my seal of approval.

To those not familiar with this APV. It uses 3 batteries and will go up to an honest 200w but I've never gone above 140w. The third battery gives it longer life and because of the division of Amps allows for safer and more stable high voltage vaping.

This APV's form factor is amazing because it appears smaller then some 2 Battery Mods and it's very comfortable in the hands.

It pairs excellently with the TFV4 which is one of the few stock Attys on the market that will go into the 100 Watts Territory.

I don't use TC but it also does TC and has programmable coefficients.

I liked it so much that I just bought a back up unit to put in my drawer for the day that it finally fails. Sigh...

BTW it now comes in 4 colors also the newer packaging has a sticker which you can rub off to see a code and check with Wismec that it's real. Turns out there may be some counterfeits on the market.

Who else wants to give the RX200 the seal of approval.

Oh, I love my RX200. Vapes for a few days for me with regular use and 2 days of what I would consider "heavy" use. Is it heavy? Oh yeah, in a solid kind of way. I feel like I could vape on it or use it for self-defense. Fit and finish on mine are very good. If I could improve any aspect of it, I'd probably try some kind of better paint or anodized coating or something, but for now I have a WUD wrap and a sharpie to keep the appearance nice. Great mod. Does just what I need it to do.

I had mine for a few days before it was sold on.

Battery life was poor for such a big and heavy mod, wasn't sold on the consistency of the temp control either - this is my personal experience only so your mileage my vary.

I know a lot of folks love this mod but it wasn't for me.
if Ebay wasnt such a pain i would sell mine too.

The RX200 is heavy and too big to carry around in my pocket IME. It isn't as solidly built as many other mods on the market. The TC isn't perfect and software updates can be a P.I.T.A. Lastly, charging via USB isn't a great idea as it has bricked RX200s in the past.

On the positive side... I don't find battery life to be bad, it produces great vape, is very inexpensive for what you get, it is comfortable in the hand, very stable on a flat surface, looks cool and has been 100% reliable in my case.

I have owned two RX200s for going on 4 months and even though they fall in and out of daily rotation, they are solid mods IME.

I wouldn't be able to give my seal of approval on this device.

For the price it's a decent device. However, the 510 issues, the inability to charge via the micro usb port, fits awkwardly in my hand (it's short and the way I hold devices my pinky is left strangely placed), and it doesn't fit comfortably in my pocket due to shape all leaves me wanting. I've had mine for a few months now and have moved on to my dna 200 which have their own issues.

To each their own though. For some this may be ideal. I personally never had an issue with the weight or the battery life. It typically lasts about 2 1/2 days on my vtc5's for me which is pretty decent.

I give my seal of approval on the RX200. I find it comfortable to hold though it is a bit heavy. It's not huge and bulky like some of my other mods, especially for having 3 batteries. All my tanks sit flush on it and I like the rubbery finish because it's not slippery. I've only dropped it once from a few feet and had no problems. The battery life is better than my 2 battery mods and last me at least 1 1/2 days of heavy vaping. I've only charged it once with the USB port but it's nice to have that option if you're in a pinch.

I don't own one, but the thought of needing 2 sets of 3 matched batteries (if I don't want to charge via usb) rules this out for me. Also the bulk of it (with a single 18650 mod, you can spread the batteries around, instead of having to lift them up to your mouth every time). Also, with a couple of notable exceptions (eg the Vaporesso eyesore) it is the ugliest mod I can even begin to imagine.

That said, it must be fantastic in many ways, because many people love it, despite the obvious drawbacks. (The shallow centre pin I didn't mention).

All subjective opinions... and perfectly valid as that.
On the other hand...

It's not the first triple 18650, and there have been plenty of LiPo mods where one has spare packs on hand. Those are certainly "dedicated" to the mod as well. But these, I can shift elsewhere later, if I choose.

I disagree with most any comparison to a single cell mod though.
When you want 70, 80 watts or more, you're into dual cell territory.
And going 100w+ will flat an 18650 pair quick, just as 50+ will with just one.
Battery life and true 150w+ make the triple a valid choice.

Aesthetically... I find it beautiful, and a pleasure to hold.
The name is the shape. For the man, Reuleaux, who first described it.
Three circles within a triangle. It's a superior way of holding three 18650s, and JayBo's major contribution to the collaboration. Well played, I say.

In my opinion. :)

I give it my seal of approval also. Is it perfect? Nope. Is it big? Well, not for 3 18650s but yeah. It's held up to drops well for me. I don't really baby cheap regulated mods so the finish is coming off but it works fine. I don't care for the shape as much as some but that's because I tend to like smaller mods and I knew the size would be a turn off going in. That being said, it works great with a big tank like my boreas for daily use at my desk, running around on the golf cart at work, when driving, and when kicked back in bed. I wouldn't buy another at full retail, but I wouldn't turn one down for the right price and have no plans to get rid of mine. I get about 12 hours out of it if I'm vaping it heavy with my builds and that's about right. I have a 6 bay charger at home and 6 bays to charge on at work so I always have hot batteries. All in all, I like it but I don't love it if that makes sense.

Your passion serves you well, and you have provided a most stirring riposte to my argument. I salute you.

(But I still don't want one).

how often do you guys vape? what wattage? how many pulls a day? how many seconds per pull?
3 18650 on 1-3 days.... 6 samsung 30q 18650 on my sx mini ml barely last me 24 hrs if i vape heavy.. lol
I just change the batteries every morning and battery indicator never shows near empty. I vape at around 100 Watts and I think I go through around 5-7 ml a day. No matter how much I've chain vaped it's never shown near empty at the 24 hour mark.
I use 3 3000mah batteries and I alternate between The LG HG2 and the Samsung PQ30. I chose different color/brand 3000 mah so that I never get confused over pairing the batteries.

I'm not sure what is meant by "seal of approval" (ECF noob) but I can say it is one of the best I own. Not sure I would use it as a carry device but lounging around the house or some other leisurely setting it works perfect for my needs.

The " Seal of Approval" is humorously symbolic, to me it means heartily recommend without the nagging reservation " Will it Last". From my experience with vaping apparatus if it lasts 3 months it'll almost always last a year or more unless damaged by accident or stolen.

So even though I may recommend or not recommend an electronic product immediately, I don't wholeheartedly recommend an APV until I've seen that it's lasted awhile and tolerated some abuse.

Yes of course I realize that this device is not for everyone. It's too big and or heavy for some. The owner should have at least a 4 battery charger and from the information gleaned on the forums you shouldn't charge it regularly using the USB.

Yes you need to buy 6 batteries [2 pairs] at the time you purchase it. But when you consider that the RX200 is only $45.00 or so, the 6 batteries become less of a big deal. You can buy 3000mah batteries for around $6.00 at Orbtronics.

That extra 3rd battery really adds voltage stability and endurance at higher Wattages. I use 3000mah batteries, possibly the complainers are using less powerful batteries or didn't buy 6 brand new batteries and run them in triplets. All you need is one saggy battery to shorten the vape time.

No APV is going to be perfect for all types of vaping. Not going to happen. But for me this device is my favorite ever. I stopped using everything else.

I wear a Scottevest and it fits nicely in my outside top pocket, so I have no problems carrying it around with me but I can see that it might be too bulky for many.

I kill about 30ml sometimes 40ml a day
