Just got my 2 Chucks in yesterday.
However one of them is having problems!
I have broken down what i have tried so i can get a diagnosis
2 Chucks (A and B)
ChuckA works perfectly: with 510 atty, 510 to 901 adapter, 510 to 801 adapter. All possible combos work.
ChuckB works only with 510 atty. (2 510s tested and works)
When using EITHER adapter: chuck gets HOT, but no vapor at all (atty is not getting current)
This is the same for several atmoizers tested (3-4 KR808s, 3 801s, 1 901)
Symptoms of Chuck B.
Battery In, No atty, No adapter - normal (no response)
Battery In, No atty, No adapter, Switch pressed - normal (no response)
Battery In, 510 atty, No adapter - normal (no response)
Battery In, 510 atty, No adapter, Switch pressed - normal (vapor)
Battery In, No atty, 801 Adapter - normal (no response)
Battery In, No atty, 801 Adapter, Switch pressed - normal (no response)
Battery In, No atty, 901 Adapter - normal (no response)
Battery In, No atty, 901 Adapter, Switch pressed - normal (no response)
Battery In, 801 atty, 801 Adapter - normal (no response)
Battery In, 801 atty, 801 Adapter, Switch pressed - NO VAPOR, BUT BATTERY GETS HOT
Battery In, 901 atty, 901 Adapter, Switch pressed - NO VAPOR, BUT BATTERY GETS HOT
It seems like when using the adapters on ChuckB a leakage path is formed somewhere?
May or maynot be related: when a screw on an atty (any) to the ChuckB, it is slightly tilted.
Can I fix this myself? How can i get service for this?
I mainly use 801 attys or KR808 cartomizers so a fix is needed!
Please help!! its only my second day since i got these beauties!
Also sent you a PM regarding another minor issue.
EDIT: Further Testing
If i dont screw in the adapter's too tightly (all the way in less maybe half a turn - adapter is loose and shaky so it's not really a fix but can help diagnose the issue), i can get them to work on ChuckB. So the titled issue may be related. This is not an issue w/ ChuckA.
EDIT2:
Now its happening on ChuckA as well! but not as severe (screws in futher) but still not the sturdy feeling it had before
