Unbelievable customer service!

instead of hassling me like everyone else who has sent faulty vaping stuff, John is shipping a new Vamo with
a prepaid label for the one that won't work.

Vapor Bank ships fast. It's kinda in the middle of everything so USPS is inherently quicker.

cant say enuf good stuff about the entire process I went through.

I agree about the customer service.

I simply asked John about a heftier spring for my Vamo and he quickly replied that he just sent one to me.

Awesome.

Just got my replacement shipped Monday. With a prepaid box to return the DOA, AND a free 18650 efest!

I hesitate to blow them up but essentially 2nd day air for less than they pay. Now that's USPS which is balls out right now BUT they got both these vamos (one goes back) out the door the minute the door opened.
