I got in on the TV Co-Op that just started maybe 5-6 days ago so I haven't actually recieved my juices yet. I saw your post in the Co-Op #2 thread also. I'm obviously hoping that I have a better experience as I'm pretty excited to try the TV flavors that everybody raves about.
It seems strange that yours would be so weak, but, seeing as you got the same stuff as 47 other people you'd figure if something was wrong with all of them that you'd have heard about it.
Just a question, but did your package potentially spend a lot of time in the heat? Like sitting in the mailbox for a few days while you were away or something? That is the only thing I can think of that would kind of break them down and kill the flavor and such.
Also adding +Nic that is too weak could dilute the flavor as well, but I'm pretty sure you're using that 100mg/ml stuff that everybody talks about. It could maybe dilute a tiny bit, but it shouldn't be that drastic an effect. Of course it does depend how much Nic you add as well but even then I can't imagine it would be THAT weak.
Just in case have you tried any of the juices w/o adding Nic first? Are they still incredibly weak?
Also I've not actually tried JC yet. I've only tried 6 Viking Vapor flavors, 1 Dekang (555), and 5 flavors that came in carts with my Volcano.
I'm always pretty .... about getting to the mailbox ASAP after delivery because I'm afraid the heat will damage the juices. I know it can have negative effects, but, absent prolonged exposure to heat they should be OK.
Is it possible your expectations were too high and the juice is just not as good as you'd hoped?
I can't imagine all Geoff's juices being like that. Also because of the outstanding rep of the person running the co-op I think we can safely rule out your juices being intentionally diluted before you got them. Although I wonder if the main bottle is given a good shake before the little bottles are filled up. I can imagine that could potentially cause some to get more flavor than others.
Anyways, sorry I can't offer any real help yet. I'll make sure and give you an update or send a PM whenever mine actually do arrive in a cpl weeks. If we can at least figure out what the issue is then perhaps you can fix the problem.
