Seriously I don't think I have ever had to pleasure to deal with a better customer experience than with Johnson Creek. I Originally ordered 6 bottles of 15mL juice at 24mg nicotine. This was the first time I ordered any juice ever, as I was smoking Blu before this, and bought the juice to refill those carts. Well I quickly realized that it did not work well to refill Blue carts, so while I was waiting for an ego to come in the mail, I did not even touch the juice that I had ordered, probably for over a week. I opened them all as soon as I got them to smell the juice itself, so everything was opened right away. When I got my ego finally, after putting the juice in a kanger, and vaping for real, I quickly realized that 24mg was way to much for me, to much throat and chest hit, I couldn't smoke it. Mind you before I even realized this I placed another order with them for 7 more bottles. I figured I was screwed, so I went and bought a 0mg VG base to dilute the JC down to a lower nicotine level. Realizing this kind of sucked and made the flavor not as pronounced, I figured I would open a ticket with them and see what I could do. Every other juice site I have seen up to this point says they do not take juice back at all and so on, so I did not expect much.

Man I was totally wrong, I explained my problem and in no time at all, same day even, the representative said I could return everything that I had, even if it was opened and some used, and they would send back whatever I wanted. The first email I got from them already had a UPS shipping label included, I didn't even have to pay for shipping. And this was totally my fault also, and still they paid for the return shipping and to ship it back to me. I exchanged 2 flavors for two new ones, and the other ones they sent back a brand new bottle of lower nic, even though I vaped probably 1/3 of it already. Not to mention that I had the other order coming in the mail, so instead of saying to me to ship it all back together, they made two UPS return labels so I could return both, and they exchanged everything without any problems whatsoever. Always responded within, I would say 2 hours at most from when I sent an email. Also after the second return got to them, and they sent me an email saying that the new order was processed and awaiting shipment, I saw they released a new flavor that day, so I asked if they could send that instead of another one...so after everything was already packaged they went and found my package and replaced one of the flavors in it. I would imagine they would have had to dig to find my specific one, yet they still did. I don't know, I am just amazed they let me return all the juice in the first place even after it was opened and some used, and send me back brand new ones.

This is a little lengthy, but I was just really amazed at how good their service was, and their return policy.
