Hello ECF,

My name is Phil and I started vaping about a month ago to kick the cigarettes. Today marks 2 weeks since my last smoke and it feels great! I originally bought a Vaporesso Revenger kit to dive in. The Revenger now sits on the shelf and my daily driver is a Voopoo Drag with a Crown 3 tank (will likely get a HorizonTech Falcon or make the jump into RDAs soon).

I have a habit of really submerging myself into my hobbies and vaping is following the same path. I hope to expand my vaping knowledge from all of the ECF veterans and hopefully be able to help the new comers in the future!

Good morning Phillip, welcome to ECF. I just ordered the Falcon, hoping the flavor and coil life are as reported. Freemax Fireluke is a great tank as well.
Please let me know how the Falcon turns out, I have been debating between the Falcon and Fireluke for the last week or so. My Crown 3 is treating me very well at the moment so I don't need to rush to grab either. The problem is, I often buy many things I don't need so I will likely end up with both in the end!

FT order, will be a while before the Falcon delivers. Have the Fireluke and the .25 coil lasted for just over a month, very good flavor.

That is a common path here on ECF. This forum thrives because the veterans are so helpful to new vapers with questions.

I have the fireluke mesh coming tomorrow, also interested in the falcon keep us updated. I went for the fireluke because the tank and coils were cheaper.
I skipped the mesh version, there is a bubble glass available from one site. I'll see if I can find it again.

That's incredible coil life! I feel like your trying to fuel my unnecessary purchase issue haha!
Well I am one of the official enablers on the Shiny thread.
As to coil life, I vape diy juices and usually stay at the low end of any coils recommended wattage. My coil life is probably a bit better than most. I also am running four setups in rotation currently.

I feel like the the 4 devices in rotation is the big kicker. Apparently I need to buy a couple more mods and rotate them

I am yet to actually buy anything online as I have heard stories (likely exaggerated or completely false) of bad experiences. I also like to support local b&m stores.
I'm all for supporting local B&M stores, especially if you have a good one available. Heck, I used to work for one.

It must be pretty expensive to purchase only from B&M shops. There ARE some trustworthy online stores that could save you a stack of money. There must be things that they don't have? A couple that I can recommend are My Vapor Store and Discount Vapers. Fast Tech is also good if you don't mind waiting for that slow boat from China. FT does sell clones in addition to authentics; just know what you're shopping for and look for the word "authentic" in the description.

Hi and welcome to ECF, congrats on your vaping successes so far. I too have quite a few setups going (chain vaping is hard on coils, maybe not so much if using TC). Backups are certainly useful and it can be nice to have several setups you enjoy.

You also don't have to jump in feet first although I did. Keeping myself occupied and learning new things, like DIY and RTAs and etc just kept my mind off smoking.

Most of all welcome, ECF is a great place to hang out and learn more about vaping, etc. Hope you enjoy your time here :)
