Ok just been on there home page and this was on there encase anyone else was waiting for stuff:
A number of orders sent out by us on Saturday 9 November have failed to arrive at the customer's address. Because of the number of orders involved, it's our view that it's not a simple case of items going missing in the post. The issue has been reported to Royal Mail, we're awaiting their repsonse but may have to refer the matter to the police. If you received notification from us on Saturday 9 November that your order had been posted and you have not received it, please notify us at the following e-mail address: customerservice@joosejuice.co.uk. Apologies to all those affected by this issue.

I have just been speaking to the staff via e-mail about my oder which was shipped on the 11th, they have offered me a full refund, or my order will be re-sent.
I have asked that they re-send

I just ordered 30 ml of key lime, and 30 ml of the pina colada, These are two of my absolute favourites.
I have been in contact with jim and he wanted to know my opinion of upping delivery costs by 1£ as he is thinking of switching to a courier. I thought it a great idea but what do the rest of us think? He lost alot of juice thanks to royal mail and jim is a great guy
I completely agree that Jim is a great guy - I miss him posting on AAE-C UK, were he first started off, due to him being so busy these days
I'm gutted to hear he lost a lot of juice due to Royal Mail Kudos to him for posting on his website about it & how he is reimbursing everyone. Due to his low prices, I doubt he can ill afford to take the brunt of the Royal Mails c*ck up
I'd obviously prefer that he didn't raise his delivery prices, but I can understand why he is thinking of changing to a courier & having to do so.

Royal mail are a joke chrissie,
Privatised, and these things start happening (hardly surprising really). I don`t think too many people would be bothered if he up`s his delivery cost`s a bit, as the prices of his liquids are so low.
the first time I tried pina colada was at a local shop when I first started vaping, it didn't
taste good so ive been a bit put off and tbh I cant even remember how it tasted LOL

Well you will probably get quite a few different answers to your question,
But for me it is a nice pineapple on the inhale, with a nice creamy exhale. I love it

The pina colada is similar, but has a nice creamy body to it. In fact i am dripping with it right now.

Says on website the orders that got lost was re sent on the 18th but normally I have my stuff by 2-3 days.
Hopefully it does turn up 2moro!!
I got no dispatch email for the resent stuff no.
