Has anyone metered them and or the batteries?

I have read reviews that they are controlled at 3.3v, 3.4v, and 3.5v. I also would like to know if the control unit flashes when it is time to recharge and if so what does the battery meter at when this happens... This way I get an idea of what level of drain is being put on the battery. If it is 3.5v that does not bother me, but 3.3v might be a little low with these lithium batts???

It is my understanding that the unit (switch) employs PWM just like the eGos, and puts out 3.3/4V, as all the eGos. I do not have one perse, but as soon as they come in I will be stocking them. A MM wont tell you ...., you need an oscilloscope which I have. Regardless, I want the unit because of the battery exchange (18650) I love the eGo and love PWM. A true 3.7V device is bubkiss IMHO I have a 3.7V (18650) eGo and will take PWM any day of the week and 3 times on Sundays. I hope that I was able to offer some insight albeit my PO.
