Joye 510's should be here today

I am new to this. Got my Joye 510 just a few weeks ago, and switched from cigarettes to vaping 100% right off. I'm *so* surprised that it satisfies my nicotine cravings so well. and I know what too much nicotine feels like, for me, because when I'd chain smoke without paying attention I'd get headaches and feel a little sick. I'm really psyched that I discovered vaping. It's all about the right hardware and having good liquid. The liquid might be the most important part - get good e-juice is my advice, from someone really new to this. I smoked a pack a day of cigarettes, for 20 years, and I'm now really happy with vaping... good luck. My main advice from one newbie to another on the 510 is to get extra batteries and/or a personal charging case. Batteries are cheap ($10 on most legit sites). Good luck and enjoy!

Welcome noobies to the ECF. Congrats to both of you for picking a great unit. 510's are awesome. If you need anything answered, let us know and someone (or 100) will get you the best answers that we can. Keep us updated on how you are doing and if you relapse to an analog, don't beat yourself up over it. It takes a little getting used too but determination will help alot. Just don't give up. :)

Out of curiosity, Another Puffer, when yours arrives would you mind taking some photos of the parts?

There is a thread on here that compares real and fake Joye products... here it is http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...15-authentic-joye-510-vs-fake-joye-510-a.html

I've been searching for a black battery with a green LED, and I'm suspicious and hesitant to buy from these folks, where they are offering color schemes supposedly from joye, that are unavailable elsewhere, and they make a point of showing no photos of the white style of replacement battery, which has more obvious tip-offs if they're fakes. On top of that, where they don't come with boxes, it's just really throwing me off.

I don't mean to worry or upset you if I have, even if they did turn out to be fakes or an off-brand they could possibly still function very well, I'm just really curious myself, before I go buying a half dozen or so of them :)
