I would be careful there are Blackmarket fakes of the Joye products in China I'd try to find it on a site that says its an Official Joye rather than something that your unsure of. Esp with the pictures being of all diff products and one of the pictures of the box's doesn't even have eGo or Riva written on it. But that's just me.. some people are just fine with the knockoff's or have them and don't even know it.

I would be cautious ordering from bigboxstore.com. I ordered things from them several months ago. Everything was generally ok....sorta.

Their descriptions are vague enough that they lead you to believe your getting something of good quality. What you receive tends to be of mediocre quality. The e-pipe and e-cigars I bought were medium to low in the function catagory. The camera I grabbed as a last minute gift was one they touted as being of the highest quality and was really a crudely made piece of equipment better suited as a child's toy than a serious device. The batteries that came with everything were almost useless and in general, everything in the order looked to be a factory-second.

The feeling I have towards them now is that they are probably dealing in factory QC rejected equipment or dealing with factories that don't have any real QC at all. Their customer service was poor at best and shipping times were long, even by chinese standards. An attempt to return a DOA cigar proved extremely irritating and damn near pointless. After several weeks of contacting them, receiving various instructions to send videos of the defective item, and jumping through more hoops than a dolphin at Sea-World, I was denied a refund due to their return period having expired.

Admittedly, all but one of the items I purchased from them are still functional to one degree or another. Where the issue is, is that similar items I have since purchased from reputable dealers function far better than those I received from bigboxstore. A couple of dollars saved may cost you a serious irritation later.

Your experience with them may be better than mine was, but I'm not going to risk it again.

I am still waiting for an order placed with bigboxstore.com. One of two orders arrived yesterday, but the order was incomplete, about $12.00 worth of stuff missing. I sent them a report, and got an automatic reply. Whether or not they'll make good on the missing merchandise is anybody's guess.

Funny. I ordered a pack (5 pieces) menthol cartridges for my Joye Ego; they sent a whole box of 10 )50 pcs.).

If they make a mistake on your order, it is very hard to get them to fix it. I suspect part of the problem is language barrier.

IMHO there is no real reason to shop with the Chinese outfits, because there are many excellent vendors selling the same stuff here in the U.S.A.

Update: I received the Joye eGo Kits today and checked them out. All four batteries charge and nothing is missing so other than it arriving later than I expected and paying extra for the 3-5 day shipment, no complaints.

However, if you decide to order from them, the attys (that they say are for eGos only) are 510 attys and not the eGo Mega Atty. And don't pay the extra amount for the 3-5 day shipping.
