    Somewhere between here and there
I got two new lr306 attys in an order today and these came with a brownish sleeve on them and look a little different than the last two I had. The original two had black sleeves and the washer around the bridge was a little fatter. Does anyone know if they changed the design? I would ask Drew but I know he's off to China right now.

Hey Hittman I ordered 6 of them when they first came out and they are all black sleeves. But i still have 3 left and havent ordered any new ones. so maybe these are just a newer batch. someone will post here and try to help ya. you said they look a little different. what is different about them? the original ones i got had a very narrow wick mesh but yet work fantastic so what about these that you just got?
    Take care

The connector end looks the same but if you look at the wick end, the metal around the wick is thicker on the old one and you can see inside the new one a little more. It still works great. I have been using one of them since I opened the mail yesterday. I also picked up a lr901 since I had seen a few people around the forum bragging about how great they were. I was just wondering on the lr306 why it looked different from the original ones I had. It doesn't really matter if they last as long as the other ones did. I guess I was just curious more than anything.

Those are either 306 or generic ones you order Hit...I sell 3 different kinds now...The original which are listed within the low resistance category are Designed by Cisco and I and the others are the newer ones that everyone else is selling. Hope that helps, and I hope this goes through...I am in SHenzhen China and the internet aint so great...

If you ordered Joye , then thats what you have...Which makes sense because as noted on the site they are slightly fatter than my original 306s...They work but dont slde down all the way...My drip tips were designed and machined for a precision fit on the originals...Thanks

I see what you are talking about Drew. I guess I just really didn't know the difference. I figured that the Joye brand ones were the good ones. Have you noticed any difference in life span between the joye and the cisco ones? The joye ones seem to vape the same as the old ones I had and I'm not complaining about the performance at all. I just wanted to know why they look different and now I know. Thanks Drew.
