JOYE510 Battery Connecter to KR&901 Atomzier(Golden)

I just got one in on my order and it works great with the new ego but will not work on my 510 mega batt, 510 std batt, Silver Bullet or the box mod. I know these items are older than the ego so i though i would ask was there a change or did I just get an odd one?

Also should the ego cone fit over the 808d? I tried it on the 510 mega cart but it tore that black tape/wrapper off it. Didn't Joye Tech use to paint the atty's black and not use tape?

You might have just gotten an odd one. They should work on all those items. I ordered two and one doesn't quite connect all the way with one or two of my 808 cartos...I'm sure it's just a machining issue.

The cone for the eGo fits over the 808s. There is not tape on 510 mega carts or attys, are you talking about the cartomizers with the tape? Those are Boge, DeKang, and they are a tighter fit but they still fit.

thank you for your answer. yes. all 510 atty are painted with different colors.

as for 510-kr connectors, they fit ego batteries well. but cover can not fit 808 carto well. it is a bit tight and may scratch 808 carto.

Yes siouxsie, I ordered "7pc 1.6ml MEGA 510D Empty Cartomizer" It has black tape warped around it vs paint. Guess since you can't trade mark a number I'll have to pay closer attention to the fine print about real Joye Tech or should the D at the end have clued me in to it being DeKang?

They do say on that page "Note:Not by JOYE!". I'm not sure what the "D" stands for but what you said makes alot of sense, that it could be for DeKang/Boge. Regardless, they work well. They fit fine through all my cones. The 808s are a little tighter fit but they all fit through without too much effort. Amy, I don't think too many people will have to worry about scratching the tape on those.
