Does anyone know why my joyetech A10 leaks from the little hole at the bottom of the battery?

Does it look like this?
If so then there should be NOTHING coming out from the bottom of the unit.
EDIT: Please don't use the device if it looks like the picture I posted. The battery could be leaking or something. NOT SAFE TO USE!!!
