Got an AIO on vacation, got back home 2000 miles away and now thing is heating up all over the place, I mean like too hot to touch heating up. It's only a month old, and I'm not a novice vaper. Been vaping since basically e-cigs came out. Know how to take them apart, put them together, build my own setup, you know. So I obviously got a dud. No problem, it happens. What really got me was the absolute horrible customer service I've gotten from joyetech. I contacted the retailer (2000 mile away, so it's not like I could take the thing back) and he suggested I contact joyetech.us , the USA distribution and direct sales arm of the main China Joyetech distribution system. So I did. They said they were just a distributer that I had to contact the main manufacturer, Joyetech.com. So I did. Five times, by email and phone. Number in China disconnected. Tried it three times to make sure I was dialing the country codes and everything right. But nope, disconnected. So after another five emails I finally got an answer back. Actual wording, "So sorry for inconvenience. We are manufacture and do not service persons. Best wishes - Yvonne". They actually had the nerve to close an email like that with "Best wishes"!!!! Has anyone else had this experience?? What kind of company stays in business when they won't even support their product???
