I want to order a joyetech aio. Currently I use a joyetech elips c with 24mg black note. I love the way this device vapes, but the type A atomizers do not last very long using black note. My question is, if I do get the aio, what nic strength should I order? I feel that the aio has more power and that 24mg may be to much. Should I try 12 or 18? Black note States that you should not use it under .8 ohms, so I was going to order some of the 1.5 Clapton coils to use with the aio. I still want the mtl hit. Now I just not sure what nic strength to get. I don't want to waste alot of money on juice as black note is expensive. Any advice would be appreciated. Are the Clapton coils a good choice? Thank you!

I haven't tried the clapton coils in mine but I vape mine with the .6 coils and 12mg, it's definitely a MTL device, the airflow makes it such and the stock coils have a baffle on them to restrict the airflow a bit. I would recommend trying 12mg because it does produce more vapor than most of the clearo's and even more than my Nautilus Mini but it's not overpowering like some people would expect from a sub-ohm coil. I think the 1.5 ohm clapton coils are a compelling look though, I might have to pick some of those up to try in mine. The stock .6 coils that came with it lasted me quite a while, it was just one device in my rotation but it still lasted me about 3 weeks per coil of semi-regular use.
