Vapenw is a great way to go when you are spending more than $75 to get the free shipping and with Cuboid @ $35.99 & RX200 @ 39.95 as well it just puts you over the free shipping threshold - Quick ship - 2 great mods - Tough to beat those prices! Sorry I already ordered both from china!

A little off topic but, it has been mentioned in this post, what grade of stainless steel are people using and why? I got a small spoil of 316L in 28g but it doesn't seem right. 6 wraps on 3mm id should be around .6ohms but mine is coming in at 1.1ohms. I see spools of 317L and 430 and am wondering what's better? What's the difference in their resistances and does the nickel free have issues with temp control?

7 wraps of 316L on 3mm id should be .4---- 6 wraps would be lower(i am assuming you have a dual coil build). Can you double check your resistance on another mod? Something not right.
I like 430SS the best for TC, but 316, 316L & 317 work great also.
It's a single coil on my subtank mini. When I check on steam engine it says about .6 and as you can see in the pic, MicroCoilPro says the same.

Cigabuy's cost with shipping is $53.77. Elev8 total cost is $37.18, but when you try to check out the message comes up saying they don't have sufficient stock to fill order (order was for ONE mod).

Best TOTAL cost I know of is $36.99 (just the mod- no kit) from GB using code GBEMOD. The GB flashsale for the Cubis is over but the Cubis at the regular price along w/the Cuboid together is $53.27.

Thats correct for a single coil. Your mod isn't reading the resistance correctly or it's
not 316ss wire.
I think I got sheite wire. I bought that UD 28 gauge from Origen vape. I was using 26 gauge Nichrome 80 and at 6 wraps on a 3mm ID was getting .63 or so

You're right on that price with code "5off" $37.18, I ordered a Black Cuboid at 0213 hrs. this morning (Friday) as soon as I got a new email from "Vaping Cheap Deals" and looked thru the New deals that they had, and saw the Cuboid listed for that price at "Elev8". I have done business with them twice in the last 14 months and have not had any problems what so ever, they have shipped my orders in the same day. They must have really sold a bunch to be out this soon, but at that price I guess it's no wonder. This will be my second TC mod, my first was the Joyetech VTC mini 75 watt with the Tron-S tank all in Black plus a Black Joyetech silicone sleeve, and was so impressed that I ordered this one, my first dual battery mod. Now looking for a Black Joyetech silicone sleeve, if that is even available. No worries in dealing with Elev8, or they're shipping.

I have been having problems with temp control after 200w upgrade. I updated the firmware to 200w and it worked great for the first few days. Yesterday it started to immediately hit temp protection and vapor production was poor. It performed normally in power mode. I just updated the firmware back to 150w and it is working fine now. Same exact settings but very different vapor production between firmware versions. I will just stick with the original firmware I guess.
