OK I finally received a reply from joyetech and it not good. I think this is ridiculous and have just bought 10 heads for the piece of crap! Hopefully Joyetech UK help, if they don't then they've lost my custom.

Update and conclusion:

All that's been happening is .com and .co.uk have been bouncing off each other, none are going to sort it.

I've come to the conclusion that there's no point entering competitions on https://www.facebook.com/JoyetechUK or https://www.facebook.com/Joyetech If their products go wrong they are not covered by their warranty, I'd say they're giving away seconds and expect them to go wrong.

Terrible customer service, another company for my ..... list, I'll never use their company again nor any subsidiaries.
