I'm not a Joy/Ego fan and I agree with you.

It sounds like you are using one of their tank models. Is that what you're having problems with? If so, there are several recent threads offering suggestions, and hopefully, solutions. Someone who can offer more help than I will be along shortly.

Sorry you are having such an unhappy experience.

I'm sitting here holding my latest Joye POS in my liquid covered fingers wondering how this company enjoys such a great reputation. Can someone tell me how this company stays in business when almost everyone ( smok, Boge, SLB, DSE ) makes a better product ?

I have often thought the same thing myself ;-) ... My Joye Ego T is the best of my Joye collection ... the standard 510 atty's I don't care for, nor the Ego Type B atties, and Joye 510 auto battery is less than stellar, and I think it may have lots to do with why there are so many auto battery naysayer's :p ..

If the Joye 510 auto batteries were all I had to gone on, then I would hate auto batteries too. Joye on a whole is an over rated brand IMO.

I have a couple of joyetech ego 900mAh for 18 months, dropped a few hundreds times, still working very well. My other Riva batts refused to work after 3 months of not so continuous use. I'm not complaining about both of them, but clearly joyetech stuffs are better than riva or some ego clones IMHO.
If you've got a leaking problem, I'm guessing either you use tank-atty system or cartridge-atty system. Both of them are worthless.

Sent from my mind using my fingers.

My Riva batteries are good, but for a few of the batteries, when they were ready to die, the buttons got stuck on and I couldn't get them to go off. I just managed to get the cartomizer off. Maybe because they aren't regulated? No idea, why. I like them but when they're old I stop using them. The Smok I guess Smoktek batteries (got them at MV) only lasted about 2 months.
