hi guys, I've been using DCT tank for about a month but recently I notice every time when I fill my e-juice and vape, feel like sucking the juice and sound not right. After remove battery there I see some juice trap inside the ring. Can someone tell me what happen, need help. Thanks.

I'm using Ego like battery with Dual Coil Tank (DCT) 3ml with Metal End Caps.

DCTs are prone to leaking from what i have experienced. I always refill then leave it standing on a piece of paper and let it leak till its happy before using it. And when you inhale, dont take extremely hard drags, it will start leaking again. Take slow but long drags instead.

Or u could try getting out some xtra juice by blowing from e drip tip end (twice or thrice would suffice) and covering e threaded connector end with sm tissues. Esp gd if u're impatient and can't wait to vape.

Do you open the top to fill? or d you pull the carto?
If you open the top to fill, then that maybe the issue, when u close the cap it force the air to push the liquid through the bottom cap or the little tiny hole, the liquid would gush in and, hence the " leak". And when you open the air flow in the tank is better so the liquid would flow/wick better, whereas when it is close it becomes airtight. try pulling the carto to refill should solve the issue.

Sad to say i've try all methods including tipping the tank to a angle so that the bubble pocket will be over the hole before closing the carto back in.. So gave up on that flange dual coil totally..

Leak in tanks/carto can happen for a few reasons
1. Cracks in tank /bottom cap/ top cap/ o-ring not in place
2.carto hole too big/ dmg air tube/ over filling
Correct me if I'm wrong here.I may be wrong still learning here
Just do troubleshoot if there is any of the problems.
First few puff are mostly"flooded"
all those are just from personal experiences. Just sharing...:)

If just normal boge or single coil carto, will have total fuss free usage of tank.My dct doesn't leak but it keep giving me the burn taste.

Shenjie, you normally use 50/50 right? The only reason I could think off about the burnt taste is that the carto is drying up faster than it can wick the juice from the tank, meaning the hole is too small.

Try enlarging the hole using a sharp nail or screw and get it to wick better or alternatively, just punch another hole on the other side of the carto.
