Here in the UK we have several juice manufactures to choose from. Being a total newbie is one better than another ?

Decadent Vapours Premium
Dekang
HS Premium
Liqua E Liquids
Triphammer
Hangsen

I have tried a handful of Dekang juices and was never disappointed. I can't say their juices are any better or worse than the others you listed.

Dekang, Hangsen and Liqua are Chinese juices, mostly 100% PG based, pretty straightforward flavors--nothing to write home about. Grab a few sample bottles (as small as you can find--5 ml or less) and see for yourself.

Decadent Vapours is one of the best juice makers in the world--the cleanest, purest, best tasting eliquids on the planet. I love their Lotus and Ylang-Ylang, among many others. I'm personally heartbroken that they are not available in the States anymore. I strongly recommend you give them a try; again, order small sample sizes--you never know with ejuices!

I have no personal knowledge of the other brands on your list, but we have a UK forum here and I'm sure someone more familiar with European vendors will be able to help you!
