I've read on here from time to time that it might be possible to modify the e-liquid so that the nicotine particles are the right size to be absorbed in the lungs. Does anyone know about this?

who what when where? Okay, Im not one hundred percent sure on this but I think your talking about ph balance, that or the temperature of the vapor (your PV already puts it at the right temp so you can ignor that one)
If your using store bought juices this shouldnt be a problem for you, they balance it all for you. If your doing DIY stuff.. well then you might wanna look into it.
Im fairly new at the DIY so I cant help much other then that, but if you look around there was a thread on citric acid a lil while ago that might hlep you.
