I have just set up a new reo...the bottle will not feed the atty not feed no matter how hard I press...even without any atty attached...what could cause this?

Is the line clear? Remove the bottle and blow through the tube. Run hot water down it. If you establish that its not clogged, try to fill the bottle w/ water to establish if you can push liquid through. Probably something rudimentary. If you need some vaping, don't be afraid to manually drip until you get it figured out.
First, take a look at the bottom of the tube...to see if it has suctioned itself to the bottom or side of the bottle. If needed, snip an edge of the tubing off at an angle...so it makes and inverted V or U...that way it will never suction itself against the bottle again.
Next... You may want to try to see if there is blockage inside...I do this by removing the bottle..., hold my finger lightly over the end of the tube, and put the catch cup in my mouth and blow. If air is getting through, then there isn't any blockage.
If there is blockage, run the end of a paper clip down the feed hole in the connector gently. There shouldn't be anything in there, but you never know.
If you're using a thicker juice, sometimes the first feeding is the most difficult. Once it gets going, it should be fine. Let us know what you find.

Yep most likely your tube is cut flat and sitting flat on the bottom of the bottle. Give me a few mins I will see if I can get a pic of what it should look like after you cut the tube on an angle.
theres no clog...it comes out the tube fine when not attached to the mod nipple....but once I put it on no juicr feeds up

No need to pull the tube off, unless you intend to replace it. No harm done, you can simply put it back on...and run with it. If you have a problem with it staying on, you can add a dot superglue to the nipple before you put the tube back on.
Did you blow through the connector or run the end of a paperclip through it to confirm that there's nothing clogging the connector? I'm still betting it's the bottom of the tube.

99% your tube is suctioning to the bottom of the bottle. Cut the tube a little bit shorter, or cut a small V in the bottom of the tube.

I cut a V....nothing.....I tried blowing thru the 510 connection no air gets thru??

The other thing you can do is pull the bottle cap down a bit so theres a small gap on the bottom of the tube I do that with mine to keep a little tension on the bottle so the tube doesnt come off none of mine are glued on
do you have the tube off ? if so push a small paper clip thru the hole see what happens
