I am about to launch my own range of flavour concentrates, and I am looking at possibly sourcing some EU-produced flavourless mixing e-liquid.

its getting to be really hard to find low mg (less than 8mg level) I really would like to find a vender that sells low mg eliquids...

There's no market for low strength unflavoured because customers prefer to save money by buying a high strength and diluting it themselves with VG and PG, but I can understand those who want low mg pre-flavoured juice. I do all my flavours in 8mg and will continue to do so for the forseable, but I won't be doing low strength unflavoured.

Right now, I need some 0 nic juices in the same flavors as my 24mg juices. It's time for me to drop the nic level and I have lots of 24mg. I don't want to dilute the flavor with unflavored juice. On some juices, I'd like to add flavor while reducing nic.
