High,

I made some juice that requires very high temperature to get the desired vaping experience. ATM i am using a provari with a protank 2 + aero base running 2.2 ohm single coils. I am running it at about 5v, and am finding I have to hold down the button for a few seconds before the coil heats up sufficiently to provide the desired flavour. I know the provari can go up to 6v, but i'd prob be pushing the capabilities of a 2.2ohm coil going much higher than 5v no?

I am wondering if I could get the individual coils in a kanger dual coil head to heat up more (and quicker) than the single coils?

Thanks for your advice.

I agree to switch to a lower resistance replacement coil. Those will heat up faster and warmer. You shouldn't need to use such a high voltage with lower resistance, either. My guess is the Provari might not even fire a low resistance coil at 6 volts.

The Kanger dual coil replacement heads are designed for use only in the Kanger Protank 3, and will not work in a Protank 2 which can only use Kanger single coil replacement heads.
