Just a quick update on the juice sale escapade.
Been fighting a bit of a cold, so everything I try to vape tastes like all the rest.
Wouldn't be fair to try and do a legitimate review right now.
Once my head clears and I can taste again I will be following up with the the new juice.

Looking forward to hearing from some of the other brave souls that took the plunge with me.

LOL...I'm in the same boat with the midwest no-taste/smell crud.
I'm sitting on 30 brand new bottles of juice.
I can't even smell the vicks vapo-rub on my chest.

Was it something I said?
Yay! successfully stalked the elusive mail carrier today!
Some quick impressions.

Ocean. Like it. Refilled a spun out bloog mint, liked it better. I think I may add a little spearmint flavoring to this. Noticed a slight, slight chemy flavor only after noticing it more predominantly in the smooth.

Cowboy smooth. Hmmm, maybe needs to steep, seems a little chemy.

Mint chocolate chip cheesecake. Hmmm, good, little weird. Maybe more custard than cheesecake. I'm making my mind up, but I'm on my second carto, so I'm really just deciding how much, not if, I like it.

Waffle. Yup. Even made my mom take a taste. Tastes like waffles butter and syrup, maybe I should ask them about diacetyl? Doing a sniff test I think it would be yummy mixed with blueberry muffin. Tried french inhaling waffle while wafting some blueberry muffin up my nostril from the bottle and it was blueberry ego all day. Once i get bbm loaded into a cart, I'll try a double barrel mix to see (two batts, two cartos, one drag). Tried double barreling with caramel machiato but the waffle got overpowered.

Caramel machiato. Yum. Strong burnt coffee, like burnt roast, not a burnt cup of ....ty gas station, mixed with slightly burnt (in a good way) caramel. Very similar to tiramisu. 2nd favorite so far judging frequency of tasting.

Tiramisu. Similar to caramel machiato. Umm, pots boiling over, gotta run...

I always worry that anything that describes itself as "buttery" has diacetyl, because that's pretty much the only thing that gives a buttery flavor.

Could be. I know I had a hell of a time back when I was at riV4L getting buttery flavors right after we made our supplier stop using it. Everything that was supposed to be buttery kept coming out tasting lemony.

But really, I don't think diacetyl is a real concern. I won't use any juices that contain it, but only out of respect to the consumer's worries. Realistically, the only cases of harm from diacetyl involve HUGE amounts, virtually all from industrial exposure. The only non-industrial case was one guy who not only was eating at least two bags a day of microwave popcorn, but also had a habit of literally huffing the butter scent from the bag.

Compared to the amount of diacetyl in just one popcorn bag, the amount in a buttery flavor e-liquid is extremely miniscule. So I doubt that even years of exposure in those small traces would result in any harm. Nevertheless, I am not a scientist or doctor, and any risk is too much, so I won't use it.

ya, but you're comparing apples and oranges here. There's a big difference between putting something in your stomach, and burning something and inhaling it.
