Juice stuck in Chicago

Hi I'm from Australia and just wondering if anyone can help my juice order has been stuck in Chicago for over a week usps is the mail option I picked never had a issue before just wondering if hurricane Mathew might have something to do with it. I'm not sure as I am not familiar with that side of the world anyone have any ideas

Well, better Chicago than Charleston. Yeah, USPS will play pickle with it for awhile, but at least it'll arrive dry.

The hurricane wouldn't affect Chicago.
It may have never been scanned when it left Chicago, and will show up in Australia soon.
Contact the vendor if it doesn't show up.
