I have made a few orders of juices with Juicy Vapor and for the most part have been pleased, until now. I was planning on making regular purchases with the company and thought their new "beta testers club" would be a nice addition to some other flavors I would be ordering. This is what the write up for this product reads on the website :

"Want to help us pick flavors to release to the general public? Join our Beta Tester Club. For $15.00/month we will send you 5- 6ml bottles of new and coming flavors that we wish to release. You will get these at least one month before the general public, and all we ask is for you to report back and tell us what you think of these flavors."

If you are considering this beta club for yourself, DO NOT BELIEVE THIS WRITEUP. THEY ARE MISLEADING THEIR CUSTOMERS AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WHAT THEY ARE ADVERTISING.

When I received my order I noticed they were all 3 ml bottles and not 6 ml. No big deal right? I figured it was just a slight mistake. I called the company thinking it would be easily sorted out... wow was i wrong. I spoke to a man who seemed to know nothing about this special but claimed to be the owner. As soon as I mentioned that I had received only half of what I paid for he became very rude, insulting and hostile. He claimed that if I received 3 ml bottles then they were supposed to be 3 ml bottles. I explained that it says 6 ml bottles right on the website and that is what I ordered, I would not have ordered it if they were 3. After a long pause and some thinking he told me that the website and I were wrong, and that somebody "must have changed it" and they are changing it back right now (it has not been changed at all) He actually began shouting "why would we sell them for less than their value? we can't just dish things out to people like that!". By the way, this is advertised on the site as a special deal, in other words, less than original value. He was extremely insulting when I said I was under the impression that I was to test these and report back and he acted like it was ridiculous that I would think that. I explained that is exactly how it is described on the site and that is pretty much what beta testing means. He continued to berate me for inquiring about it and insisted that the point of the "special" is that you have to actually pay EXTRA to get samples early, and not that you pay LESS to test samples and report back like the site says. Even if that completely inaccurate description is what it's "supposed" to be, IT IS NOT WHAT I BOUGHT! If someone purchases a shirt online and they get a pair of pants you can't just justify it by saying it's "supposed to be" pants! I told him to remove my card from file and take me off the beta testers list, that prompted him to scoff at me again because apparently he also thought it was ridiculous that I would think think this was a continuing service that got sent out every month, even though once again, that is EXACTLY what i signed up for. If this really was the owner like he claimed to be then he has absolutely no idea what is going on in his own company and flat out refused to give me what I paid for, and in an extremely hostile way. Absolute worst service by an "owner" I have ever experienced. I am in shock over how somebody could be so clueless and rude to a customer who legitimately got ripped off. Everybody else I have dealt with there has been very pleasant but this is a joke. The product is not even close to what it is advertised as.

I contacted the other owner, Anthony. He was understanding of the problem and went above and beyond to fix it. He not only sent me what I was missing in the first order but some extra as well. Thanks Anthony! The beta tester club is clearly still in beta itself and there are some kinks being work out of it, but contrary to what I was told by the other owner (who shall remain nameless) he informed me that the quantity on the website is indeed correct. I'm still rather unclear about whether or not they plan to continue this promotion and send it out monthly, but for now they apparently are honoring the deal of the advertised 5 - 6 ml bottles.

Note : I have never had any other issues with Juicy Vapor. The flavors are delicious and they have a huge selection. They ship fast and with the exception of this incident They've had very good customer service.
